According to customs statistics, the first three quarters of this year exports of Fujian province textile clothing 106890000000 yuan, than the same period last year (the same below) decreased by 4.6%. Exports of clothing and accessories for 81570000000 yuan, an increase of 1.6%; textile yarn, fabrics and products25320000000 yuan, down 20.4%.

(a) the value of exports fell in September. This year 3-7 month, Fujian textile and clothing export value increased for 5 consecutive months, in July a record a new high of 16190000000 yuan, in September dropped to 12090000000 yuan, 14.4%year-on-year decline, a decline of 22.5% (below).

(two) the general trade exports more than 9. The first three quarters, Fujian province in general trade exports of textile and garment 98600000000 yuan,down 5.4%, accounting for the same period in Fujian Province, the textile and garment exports (the same below) of 92.2%; processing trade exports5740000000 yuan, down 1.4%.

(three) private enterprises dominated the export. The first three quarters, private enterprises in Fujian Province Textile and garment exports of 79130000000 yuan, down 6.4%, accounted for 74%. Over the same period, foreign-invested enterprises exported 20070000000 yuan, an increase of 6.1%, accounting for 18.8%; state-owned enterprises exported 7690000000 yuan, down 10.9%,accounted for 7.2%.

(four) the main exports to the EU, ASEAN, Africa and the United states. The first three quarters, 15.5% growth in Fujian province exports to the EU textile and apparel 26580000000 yuan; the ASEAN 15720000000 yuan, down 36.4%; Africa 9940000000 yuan, down 9.1%; the United States 9510000000 yuan, an increase of 7.6%; the 4 together accounted for the same period in Fujian province textileexports 57.8%.

Two, the current issue of concern

(two) intensified the renminbi exchange rate fluctuations. In September 14th, the RMB against the U.S. dollar at 6.1408, the highest since March 20th; the spot exchange rate against the dollar closed at 6.1247, a record high of more than 7months. Since this year, the RMB exchange rate is no longer a unilateral appreciation, but out of the two-way fluctuations obvious trend. The short term,the September national foreign trade data than expected although will support a stronger currency, but it is difficult to appear the trend of RMB appreciation, the fourth quarter is expected to still continue two-way fluctuation. USA Treasuryrecently to submit the semi annual currency report to Congress, although notChina manipulator, but still focus Chinese currency manipulation problem. At the same time, the Fed even at the end of 10 is coming to an end QE policy, but stillreluctant to let go a hike in interest rates, the RMB future unclear.
